At The Fuss, we know that you want your purchases to be just perfect. So just in case it’s not exactly what you’d hoped it might be, here is what you can do:
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt. AFTER 14 DAYS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached.
- Sale items cannot be returned.
- Headbands and jewelry cannot be returned.
- All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition.
- All swimwear returns must have hygiene liners still intact.
- Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Online purchases: Unworn items purchased online may be returned to The Fuss for refund, exchange, or store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Download the return and exchange form HERE
- Fill out the return form and include it in the package with the item you’re returning.
- Send your package to us using the shipping method of your choice.
- Please allow 2-3 days for return processing. Your return will be refunded to your original method of payment. If you paid with a gift card, we will send you a new one with the correct amount. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
In Store purchases: Unworn items accompanied with a receipt purchased at one of our physical locations are eligible for exchange or store credit. NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES.
